If Google Mail Cannot Be
Opened With Internet Explorer
|
You can get into the login page of Google Mail but after entering your username
and password, you come to a blank page. Do not worry. There is nothing wrong
with your Internet connection or your password. It is because your Internet
Explorer (IE) somehow does not support Google Mail. I do not think Microsoft
will release a patch for Internet Explorer because Microsoft prefers you to use
Hotmail. If you call up Microsoft they will ask you to reinstall your IE. That
means you have to reinstall your Windows because IE cannot be reinstalled alone.
Similarly Google will not change its mail system to suit with IE because Google
has Mozilla Firefox.
You can first try changing the Internet Option in Internet Explorer by adding
"*.google.com" into the Trusted sites list under Security tab, then restart IE.
But this method may not work on some computer.
The surer way to access to your Google Mail is to download, install and run the
latest version of Firefox. Firefox is an Internet browser like Internet Explorer
too. The installer size is small (not more than 7MB). You may install and run it
right away to get a feel of it here:
