Snacking Is Unnecessary
Snacking is the habit of consuming food sugary beverages between regular meals. Eating while doing something is bad. Nibbling popcorn in a movie is not good. Nourishment is a sacred and shared experience. Everyone has the ability to tolerate the little hunger between meals.

Bad things of snacking:

  1. Obesity. The body fuels on the food instead of stored fat.
  2. The stomach is fatigued because it needs to digest food continuously.
  3. Loss of appetite for the meals.
  4. Less appreaciation for food. Mealtime should be honoured. Food should be consumed with respect, together with other people if possible. In traditional eastern culture, the whole family or team has to be at the table first before having the meal.
  5. Money is wasted to buy snacks.
  6. More packaging waste is produced. Snack food is heavily packaged.
